Hand Maiden Press openly celebrates the sensual magic and pleasure of sex. Our mission is to lovingly disseminate poetry and short fiction that awakens the senses and arouses readers.

Hand Maiden Press will do this by publishing occasional limited editions of hand-stitched chapbooks containing poetry and short fiction by those kindred spirits we discover who share our common interest. Hand Maiden Press is looking primarily for writers with some publication experience.

Too often today, sex is hidden away as if it is dirty or unclean, when nothing could be further from the truth. People need lust, passion, pleasure and love. Hand Maiden Press will not consider works that contain rape, bestiality, under age sex, incest or necrophilia.
