We adopted Annie on November 11th. I wanted to change her name to Poppy because we picked her up on Remembrance Day but my husband informed me that his stepmother used to called breaking wind "Poppies". As it is, she might as well have been named Poppy if you know what I mean. Many people have stopped us to ask what type of dog she is - one person in particular thought she was a Dingo ... hmmm, a bit farfetched I would say. She is a wonderful, smart, athletic dog who we love and adore very much and she is now tipping the scales at a healthy 45 pounds.
