Here are some pictures of Ava, now known as Arya!  We adopted her from the
Aylmer SPCA a few months ago when she was just 9 weeks old.  She is now
almost 6 months ... she has been such a blessing! 

She and my previous dog get along great.  They spend all day chasing each other around and playing, glued to each other's hips.  Arya loves her walks, runs, and swimming in the lake.  She loves chasing any kind of toy or ball. 

She is happy-go-lucky and loving her new home.  My nieces and nephews love her - and she adores them - she is such an amazing family dog.  She is very intelligent!  Knows all her basic commands and learns fast. 

I wanted to take the time to thank you guys so much for saving this pretty girl, and allowing us to give her, her forever home!  Having worked in an animal shelter, I know how much hard work and dedication it takes looking after and caring for so many animals. 

So thank you for everything you do!

Update October '12

We adopted Ava, now named Arya, a husky mix pup from iqaluit.  She is doing fabulous.  She and our previous dog get along great.  We do dock diving, agility, and this winter will start training her to pull a sled. 

Needless to say she lives a happy, active life.  She has been healthy so far - has a sensitive stomach, but i just have to be careful what she eats.  Anyway, I'll attach some pictures.
