Basil has been with us for three weeks now.  He is a lovely little fellow, we are really delighted with him.  He has settled in very well, making lots of new friends and finding all sorts of really great places to curl up and have a nap. 

He's keeping us pretty busy as he likes to go for lots of walks and visit absolutely everybody.  He is one of the friendliest dogs I have ever met.  We still can't figure out why anyone would give him up (except maybe for the "singing" at suppertime but we are working on that).

Thanks so much for looking after him until we could adopt him - he really is very sweet.
