Chris and I consider ourselves very fortunate to have found such a good dog.  Blake, formerly known as Magic, is our energetic and playful four-pawed baby.  His burn has healed so well that the fur is starting to slowly grow back and the vet is quite happy with his progress.

His potty training is still on its way and we will be putting him in puppy school soon (mostly designed for daddies like us).  He has successfully worked his way into all of our hearts and finds a home in many of our friends' hearts as well.  He has been introduced to our family but they haven't all met him yet.  It's like having a newborn, people come out of the woodwork just to see the puppy.  They even offer to walk him.

The most common comment for Blake is the size he's going to be.  He has a huge set of paws and a heavy step.  His kind and soulful eyes are hard to resist and his demeanour is difficult to ignore.  Snuggle time is just as fun as running through the park with this little guy, even when he's naughty and tries to eat things off the ground.  Typical Labrador, a stomach on paws.

Thank you to the staff and volunteers at the SPCA for taking such good care of this little guy.

He's now home.
