Little over a year ago we adpoted a lovely puppy from your shelter and into our family.  Dano (aka Kyle) has been an awesome addition to our family, even if it was rocky at first. 

Having never dealt with a puppy before, we were in for quite a surprise.  We adpoted Dano back in 2011, and haven't looked back since.

Dano, named after Dano from Hawaii 5-0, has been a little ball of energy and lovely since day one.  It didnt take him long to learn the rules, crate trained, house trained and become a great member of the family. 

Some favourtie activites are sleeping on the couch, barking at anything from the stairs and stealing tissues.  When we originally adpoted him, we assumed he would grow into a large dog, but he's only a good 35lbs.  A great size for a dog. 

In the summer Dano enjoys long walks and in the winter he loves the snow, just not puddles or water for that matter.

We didn't know that he was going to be such a character.
