We would like to add our puppy, Edie, to Happy Tails.  Edie's "Mom" is my daughter Alex which makes me, Lisa, her "Grandma".  Edie also has a human uncle, Jackson, and human aunt, Ellen.

Her official name is Edith Bouvier Beale III but we call her Edie (pronounced Eee-Dee) for short.  We adopted Edie on June 4th of this year.  Her name when we adopted her was Jade, however.  She is now 7 months old, 27.3 pounds and is in perfect health. 

Edie adjusted very quickly to her new home with us.  She was a little shy with people at first but those days are long gone.  Edie now welcomes anyone willing to give her a good tummy rub.  She is playful, full of energy, very smart, loves to go on walks and true to the husky side of her, she loves to dig holes in the sand at the park near our home.  The good news is she doesn't do her digging anyplace else. 

Puppy classes are coming up in September, then we're looking into agility classes for some good fun and exercise for the whole family.  We are big fans of Cesar Millan, the Dog Whisperer, and have used his advice and techniques since day one.  Hail Cesar! 

Thank you to the staff at the SPCA of Western Quebec for their kindness and care.  Your devotion is evident in our pup.  Edie is healthy, happy and above all else, loved dearly!
