We adopted Fizz (now Edie) from the center last week and we just love her.
She's very sweet and seems very happy with us. Peanut butter is very popular with her.

We recently got the results back from her stool sample and the vet has let us know that she has giardia. I just wanted to let you know in case there was any chance that the other dogs at the center might have been exposed.

She wasn't showing any symptoms and seems to be just fine. She started on
a five day prescription of Panacur today.

I've attached some photos. The ones where she's looking particularly relaxed were taken post-grooming appointment which she seemed to enjoy very much. She's so friendly with all of the dogs and humans she meets that the groomer had no trouble with her.
