Just
wanted to write a quick e-mail to let you know how our pup Finnley is
doing. He was part of a litter of flat coat crossed with golden
retrievers. We adopted him at the beginning of September and
over the last two months he has become an integral part of our family.
We love him to bits!
He is a very smart boy and has mastered some basic commands and walks
pretty well on a leash. We are enrolling him in puppy classes
for November and are sure that he is going to be the star of the
class!
He
loves to cuddle and go out for walks in the fall leaves. He will
sit contentedly at your feet for hours chewing on his bone and getting
a belly rub. We cannot believe how much he has grown already
(you can probably see it in some of the photos) - neighbours barely
believe he is the same dog if they haven't seen him in a couple of
weeks.
As you will see in the attached photos he is a very handsome boy - we
take him to the market on Sunday's and everyone wants to pet him!
And as you can see ... one of his favourite things is playing fetch
(living up to his genes).
He was a real hit on our street for Halloween - no one was very scared
of Dogzilla but everyone wanted to say hello.
Thank you so much for all of your help - hope things at the shelter
are going well.
Anita, Nathan and Finnley
