It has been 6 weeks since we adopted Goldie and she's settling right into our lives - she is a truly wonderful dog who is opening up to us and showing us a bit more of her puppyness and silliness, while being overall an incredibly calm, well-behaved dog.
Not a day goes by when one of our boys doesn't exclaim how HAPPY they are that we have Goldie now (our "sister" as the youngest one refers to her!). Anyway, I will send a picture soon for you to post, but just to thank you all for caring for her in her time of need as she moved from one home to another.
We are thrilled to have her as part of our family (and we like to think she's pretty happy about it too!). She gets lovely walks by the river every day and plays with lots of dog friends (some of whom we discovered also came from the SPCA of Western Quebec!). Thanks again for all the care you give to dogs like Goldie every day.
