In 2007, Joya became the very first dog to join the Sullivan family.
Joya loves being the centre of attention and is very popular in the
neighbourhood as she loves meeting new people. One of her favourite
things to do is keep watch – whether it be guarding the house or
anticipating a dropped piece of cheese. At home, she always snuggles
up to family and visitors and loves to show off her toys. Joya loves
walks and car rides (especially when the destination is the dog
park!). In the summer, she loves to swim in the pool, and in the
winter she loves jumping in the snow to play fetch. She loves to be
brushed and will do anything for peanut butter!

When Lucy (formerly “Susie”) joined our family in 2010, it took
several months for her to become completely comfortable with her new
          home. But she
will steal your heart (and your spot on the sofa). Lucy is extremely
affectionate and loves to give kisses, and when she’s excited she
wiggles her bum like crazy! She always get compliments on her soft fur
and sweet demeanor. In the summertime, Lucy sunbathes on the deck and
smells all of the flowers in the garden. Lucy loves going on walks and
          sniffing
everything in sight! She doesn’t care much for toys, but is a total
foodie and loves to eat vegetables, especially potatoes!

Thank you! We cannot imagine our lives without these girls!
