Our family adopted 'Selby' (now known as Lyla), our Flat-Coat Retriever
mix, from the SPCA of Western Quebec in June 2010.  We just wanted to give you an update on her, and say how incredibly happy we are with her.  We are so thankful that shelters like the SPCA of WQ exist, and truly appreciate the work you do connecting dogs like Lyla to great homes.

She is a loving, goofy, and gentle dog who loves playing fetch, running,
swimming, her cat 'Smokey' and above all else, snuggling.  Very intelligent
and willing to please, she is my Dad's shadow, 'the best dog he has ever
owned', and we all love her to pieces!
