J'ai adopté cette petite boule de poils il y a presque un an maintenant. Abandonné et malade à son arrivée à la SPCA, il a dû passer une bonne semaine en hospitalisation. Heureusement, avec les traitements et beaucoup d’amour, il fût sauvé. Mon coeur ayant flanché pour ses beaux yeux et son charme irrésistible, je lui ai offert une place dans mon foyer.

I've adopted this little bundle of joy almost a year ago.  He was sick when he was dropped off in a box at the SPCA.  He had to go through a week of hospitalisation, but fortunately, with the treatments and lots of love, he got through.  His overwhelming charm and irresistible look melted my heart.  I offered him a lovely place in my home.

D'un petit chien tranquille et timide, il est devenu un grand garçon, épanoui et infatigable. Maowi est un Border Collie croisé Husky....nul besoin de vous expliquer d'où il tire toute son énergie! 

He's come a long way ... from a shy and insecure puppy, he's grown into a fulfilled and very active boy.  Maowi is a mix of Border Collie and husky ... no need to tell you how much energy emerges from him!

Avec un peu de travail de socialisation, il a appris à se faire confiance  et à faire confiance aux autres. Il est maintenant un chien sociable qui s’intègre bien avec les autres canins, qui apprécie les contacts humains et qui s’entend bien même avec les chats et les oiseaux.

With a little socialisation, he has built confidence in himself and others.  He entrusts humans, gets along well with the other canines, and even appreciate cats and birds.

Voilà la petite histoire d’un chiot qui a eu un départ difficile dans la vie, mais qui est devenu un grand chien épanoui, plein d’amour et qui profite de la vie à 200%. Merci à la bonne étoile qui a mené Maowi sur mon chemin.

Here is a brief story of a puppy that wasn’t born under a good star, but that has grown up to be a fulfilled, loyal and loving friend that enjoys life at 200%.  I thank life for putting Maowi on my way.
