Just wanted you to know that although it's been only a fortnight, Murphy (or Murph as we call him) has settled in really well.  He is definitely a ladies man but is gradually getting used to the boys in the family including the cats.  He loves his walks and his toys and plays himself to virtual exhaustion.

So grateful for the guidance you ladies gave us and tips on how to handle a dog like him.  He certainly didn't show his true character there but you obviously could see the real him as we do now.

It's a real joy having a dog back in our house and in our lives, having had a 7 year gap since our last rescue Doberman.

We'll be sure to let other folks know what a great set up you have there and best of luck with your current visitors.
