Nick
was and still is viewed as a blessing to our family. When we saw
him, we were offered to take him for a walk and we all knew he needed
to come home with us within the first 5 seconds of the walk!
The SPCA in Gatineau very kindly gave us the information they had and
drew up the papers needed for us to take Nick home.
Nick
was very shy at first and it took a couple of weeks for him to start
showing his true character but he seems well at ease now. He
makes himself comfy on the many beds in the house but prefers the
couch as you can see in his pictures. The kids very kindly gave
him their Tigger stuffy and Nick seems to be thankful for it, as he is
extremely gentle with it.
Our
vet met Nick for the first time this past Friday and updated some
shots. Nick was a perfect gentleman and never complained at all.
The vet gave us some tips on how to make sure we can all get along for
many years to come even though we already know that will be the case!
The only thing he slightly lacks is barking, which really isn't a bad
thing, lol.
Thanks
so much for everything, your team does a wonderful thing!
