We
adopted Norman on August 16, 2008. He is also known as Norm, Normie,
Stormin’ Norman, Storm and Snormie. He is the most adorable dog.
Such a joy to be with, so loveable… We adopted him at 8 weeks
old and he was fully trained in a week. He is very smart.
He has
lots of friends. Best friend is Penny. Norm goes to the park
every day where he meets his buddies: Fergus, Jake, Murphy,
Lucie and many more. They are all puppies born at around the same
time. He is very lucky to have such wonderful friends for play time.
Normie
loves to be outside, he plays a lot. He is so funny, he makes us
laugh all the time. Norm plays basketball with the boys and I
love the fact that he wants to cuddle all the time. He hugs you
with both his paws around your neck and that’s very special.
Because we all have different schedules, there is always someone
around to play with him. Here, he is learning how to dig holes in the
sand on the beach.
Last
picture is my favourite. He is so handsome. Because we don’t have
any history on his parents, we have a lot of people guessing what he
is.
Most
often asked question about Norm is: OMG he is so cute, what is he?
Of
course we don’t know what he is, but after doing a bit of research we
think he looks like a miniature white German Shepherd with short legs.
(Maybe a bit of corgi.)
Maybe
one day, we will know what he is and then again maybe not. We don’t
really care because we love him just the way he is. He is
perfect!
Thank
you to everyone at the Aylmer SPCA to have given us the chance to
bring him home with us.
