adopted "Sailie" in early December, and would like to give you an
update on how she is doing.  We absolutely love the newest member of
our family and are crazy about her!  We have changed her name to
"Sadie" and she has adjusted to it very well.  She loves to take walks
and play in the snow; she loves to play with her toys, cuddle, and
hang out with people.  She met our extended family during Christmas
and had a great time.  She's always a hit!

We are still working on house training her, and find that crating
seems to be doing the trick.  Besides the occasional piddle in the
house, she is well behaved.  The only other thing that we would like
to work on is socializing Sadie with other dogs.  She tends to bark
and lunge at other dogs (but we understand that small dogs tend to do
          so).

          Sadie had her first visit to the vet, and passed with flying colours;
she is a very healthy dog, and is due for her next appointment and
shot in February.  The advice and guidance received from both the SPCA
and the vet you recommended answered our questions, and then some!
We are very lucky to have the support that we do.

Sadie always lets us put her winter coat on, and we are glad she does
because it is very cold outside these days.

Sadie has a big backyard to play in, and enjoys company when she is
outside.  She enjoys car rides and does well.

Sadie loves to give kisses, luckily her new owners love to receive
          them!

          We love our Sadie-girl!

          Thanks so much!!!
