I am writing to let you know that Toby has settled in nicely in just two days!  He is feeling very comfortable in his donut bed as you can see from the pictures.  He also goes into the large crate that I set up for him very willingly, he feels very secure there.

We went on a shopping excursion yesterday, and he is well stocked with bones, toys and food … a very happy boy now!

I am impressed at how gentle and loving he is.  Sometimes he gets very excited, but with consistent training, he will be fine.  He knows some basic commands already.  Today, we started on-leash training.  He is smart and caught on quite quickly -- liver treats helped, of course.
