(e) In the event of a placement in
"ON-SITE", Mr. Chisholm is to be paid benefits at the rate applying
to all participants in that program.
(f) In the event of Mr. Chisholm exercising
the option to undertake alternative re-training, Mr. Chisholm is to be paid
benefits at the same rate, on commencement as that which applies to
"ON-SITE" participants, and the Commission is to pay all course fees
and applicable course materials (such as books).
(g) In the case of either (e) or (f),
whichever eventually transpires, the Commission is to pay all other expenses
and provide all other applicable benefits such as travel, living away from home
and child care, as provided under sub-section 26.1(1) of the Act, should these
be required by virtue o non-availability of suitable training and/or job
opportunities where he is currently residing.
(h) As a condition for being granted the
benefits detailed under (a) to (g) above, Mr. Chisholm undertakes to consult
with the Commission concerning suitable "ON-SITE" placements and to
formally request authorisation for alternative re-training, should the latter
appear to lead to better employment prospects than those to be expected from
"ON-SITE".
