 Dear Mr. Grégoire,

 This is in reply to your memorandum dated March 12, 1996, seeking the Commission's views with respect to additional Observations dated March 2, 1996 sent by the claimant to your office.

After reviewing these latest Observations, the Commission has no additional comments to make and wishes only to reiterate the views expressed in my reply dated February 12, 1996 to Mr. Chisholm's original request for revision of CUB 28929 pursuant to Section 86 of the Act.
