MDRA Potluck Banquet Sunday April 23, 2006

MDRA's 2006 annual awards banquet will be at Greely Community Centre on Sunday April 23rd from 4pm to 7pm. As usual, it will be potluck, with each team responsible for a different course as indicated below. Please bring enough to feed 8 to 10 people.

Veggie & Fruit Trays/ cheese & crackers / sweets Junior

MDRA will supply juice & coffee / cake / buns & butter / supplies

Volunteer duties:

Hall Set –up : NOVICE REC & NOVICE C1 (3 per team @ 3:00pm)
Looking after juice & coffee & setting food out: JUNIORS (3 people @ 3:45pm)
Kitchen clean – up : PETITE C & B (3 people per team)
Hall clean – up : TWEEN B1 & B2 ( 3 people per team)

The MDRA banquet is the time we get together and reflect on all the GREAT times we had over the ringette season. Please bring photos of the season to display at the banquet.
