National Ringette Week is Next Week!
Ringette Canada has declared November 19-25 as Ringette Week in Canada. To celebrate, next Tuesday, November 21, is "Wear Your Jersey" day, and MDRA players are encouraged to bring their jerseys home and wear them at school. Don't forget to tell all your friends what ringette is about and how much fun you have playing!  Also as part of National Ringette Week, the first Canada Cup of Ringette is being held in Toronto. Hornets Ball Caps Available!
Support the team -- wear the gear. If you've got a head that needs a ball cap, call Jo-Anne at 826-0842, or email joannev@magma.ca. They sell for $18.50 and make great Christmas Gifts for young and old alike!

Ringette Scholarships!
Yes, there are ringette scholarships for post-secondary education! Though college and university seems a long way off for most of our players, it is good to know about the scholarship opportunities out there. Check out the ringette scholarships at here.
