The
governing rules of play are detailed in the VNEA Rules
Booklet, which every team captain will receive a copy.
All players will follow the VNEA Rules & Regulations
for League play. The most important of which is the
placing of the pocket marker (calling the 8-Ball). If
ever you have a question about the rules, remember to
always ask your opponent. If the question cannot be
answered by your opponent, the Captains of each team
can be called upon to answer the question.
