Chair, Francis LeBlanc, presiding. Members of the Committee present: Reg Alcock, Jean Augustine, Raymond Bonin, Martin
Cauchon, Shaughnessy Cohen, Antoine Dubé, Francine Lalonde, Francis LeBlanc,
Larry McCormick, Maria Minna. Acting Member present: Tony Valeri for Maurizio Bevilacqua. In attendance: Front the Research Branch
