Kristy Giles is a park planner by day and a personal trainer by night. With a Masters in Environmental Biology she is constantly promoting the benefits of the environment on our health.

“We are starting to forget all the health benefits of being out in nature, fresh air, the sun, calming atmosphere. So, I have developed a solution whereby you can realize all the benefits and get in shape at the same time.”

Kristy is also a certified personal trainer, power skating instructor, with a National Coaching Certification in skiing and hockey. She has sucessfully melded two worlds together to bring you one of the most valuable investments you can make with your time.
