    Stress can work for you and against you.  Figure out when stress is good and when it needs to be controlled.  Stress is not as powerful as it gets credit for.  It is manageable.  Come and learn why stress does what it does and how we can make it work for us. No longer does stress need to be something that brings you down; learn how to manage it and never fear it again.

    Eating healthful, fulfilling foods is really quite simple and much cheaper than you think. It’s also the most important thing you can do for your life.  Find out what food can do for you, how easy it is to eat healthy and why it’s so important to your wellbeing.  No more diets, no more restrictions and worrying about what not to eat.  Return to the basics and experience eating as it was meant to be. 

    *This workshop features tips and recipes provided by Jody Gleeson cook, baker and chief bottle washer at Watt's Cooking in Pakenham.  Jody is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to making it easy to prepare good food using local ingredients.
