Outdoor Adventure Bootcamps

I hour group sessions held several times a week for six weeks. These are held at the Mill of Kintail Conservation Area, located 2854 Concession 8, west of Almonte, ON


Bootcamp on the Beach (no running)

(Body weight resistance training, Kettlebell weight training, Cardio benefits)

Bootcamp Week - A week to change your life

All you will ever need to know to make your life the one you want. A five day series Including an outdoor workout followed by a workshop.




Running Clinic - Find your Natural Stride!

A running clinic designed for beginner and seasoned runners, men and women of all ags. A series of 2 hour sessions.

Personal training

1 hour personal training sessions that can be held at the Mill of Kintail Conservation Area, a park near you, or your own home. 1 or 2 people - $50/hour, 3 - 5 people - $60/hour




Winter Snowshoe Workouts for Women

Make this the winter you stay in shape, appreciate the great outdoors and find out how much fun the snow can be at any age.  Snowshoes will be provided and no experience is necessary.

This plan will incorporate your available schedule, where you like to work out, what you want to achieve and your challenges. When you receive this plan you will have all the information, details and instruction to perform the workout on your own at your own time.
